Messy

I had someone put this together for me. It blows out good but the misting is wet and all over the place. Hard to get a good MIST. It drips all over the place. Did not meet my expectations.

Defective product.

This is the fourth fan of this type I have purchased. The first two were from another large home improvement retailer. I have purchased four of these fans and returned three.

Great customer service brought me back

Fan works great in patio and blows way more air than any other standard fan I own. The fan had a power issue after 2 years, but customer support quickly responded and provided a one time replacement.

Not reliable

I bought this fan in May 2022 and have kept it in a covered patio. The fan has been used 3-4 times since. Recently, I plugged the fan in and it didn't turn on, just clicked. No response from new air.

Small hose connector pops out

So every time I use the fan the small hose pops out of the garden hose attachment, just bought it and it's useless.

Misitng fan

Overall, the fan is great. Very easy to assemble. Not as quiet as I would have liked, but tolerable. Great wind speed coming off the fan and really cools the area. The misting is good, just a little wet if you are less than 2-3 feet in front of it.

I would not purchase this unless you like throwing $$$ away!

I bought this item at the end of the summer (b/c our summer last all year). I was able to use it twice at the beginning of the next summer season.....and it died. I have replaced the fuse to no avail. It does not work. Customer Service essentially said "So sorry....would you like to order another one?" No! I do not want to order another piece of NEWAIR malfunctioning garbage and do not want you to either!

Great addition to my patio!

Really liking this addition to my patio area to help keep cool in the summer. It was quick and easy to set up. Hooking up the water was straightforward as well. It feels sturdy and the base is heavy to keep it grounded and safe from high winds. The fan does produce a more wind noise on its highest setting, but I don't think we'd use that setting often. The misting works great; looking forward to using it this summer.

Best outdoor fan ever!

I purchased this fan during the beginning of a heat wave recently. The fan arrived in a timely fashion. My husband helped me do the minimal assembly. The directions were very clear and only a Phillips screwdriver was required. This fan has exceeded my expectations!!! The misting feature works great. And, having 3 speeds with the tilting and oscillating features are much appreciated. The base is very solid and keeps the fan stationary. Thank you for an excellent product.
