Did not work out of the box.
Upgraded to this D10 when our D6 stopped working. Highly disappointed in this D10 and even more in neato customer service (or lack of service). Right out of the box the robot will not connect to any devices. This makes the robot useless, unlike the D6 the D10 will not run without being connected to a device. We followed all setup and troubleshooting steps without success. Tried connecting with multiple devices. Tried to contact neato's "24/7 VIP" customer service and always got a busy tone. ...

D10 Neato very disappointing
Pros: Looks nice. When it does clean it does a great job in the areas where it does not get stuck. Cons: Does NOT remember the No-Go zones. App is ok, not impressed. I have not found a way to cancel a clean. So I just pick it up and put it back at the docking. Seems to get stuck a lot around furniture chair legs and other things that have "legs". I actually left a new can of paint on the floor and it got stuck and couldn't figure out to go around it!!! I can keep going but hope you get the ...

Faulty Navigation
I bought the D10 as an upgrade to my D7. Big mistake. Pros: Nice appearance. Long battery life. Good cleaning when navigation works. Likeable app with auto mode. Cons: Despite many passes and maps, the navigation continues to be poor. Gets hung up on easy areas. Extremely frustrating rescues. Sent back. Repair report said all was normal; obviously not. Replacement in process.

Better Than Most
Right out of the box I noticed the quality of the D10. Sturdy, great D-shape design for corners, multi-mode settings, etc. Can't wait for more firmware updates and app upgrades. The app should allow multiple maps and allow me to save them in the cloud or locally so I don't have to remap due to any errors. Although the app can zoom in/out of the floorplan it should also allow me to rotate (square up) the map. Doing so would make it much easier to paint go or no-go zones without overlaps. La...
