Not worth the Money
The vacuum worked well the first couple of times. 6 months later, we're spending an exurbanite amount time troubleshooting than the robot is vauuming. The company troubleshooting is very vague and usually doesn't work on the first or second try. I wouldn't recommend this product.

Such a great sweeper, if it would only work right
This is our 2nd Neato sweeper. Out of the box it had issues with the app, mapping and saving our floorplans, responding from the app, and not getting lost. The app says it needs and update, then tells me it's unable to update the sweeper and to contact Neato. I finally ditched the app and just pushed the button to run it. It swept well and covered the majority of our 1st floor fine. Until at the ripe old age of 8 months old, it stopped working. It constantly tells me there is something blocking ...

Love Neato! Too bad Vorwerk acquired them and ran them into the ground with the D8-10!

Expensive paperweight
Neato had such promise, only to be a total letdown. Constant error codes to empty the bin (I have emptied an empty bin more times than I care to discuss) and sensors not working. Customer service at Neato was abysmal as well. Each time I foolishly try to use this paperweight I end with the realization I could've vacuumed the house manually three times with much less aggravation. I would only recommend buying Neato products for people you wish to torment.

App kinda quirky
Great job picking up dog hair. App is extremely bugging.
Best of the series
Great cleaning capability. Goes in straight lines and doesn't bang into furniture like the round robots. Some of the later models got too complicated and are harder to program. Check before you buy, this company may have gotten out of the robot business recently.
