I usually have a great experience at Lowe’s.
Unfortunately, this item does not appear to be durable and sturdy like I had hoped. Ultimately, I plan to return them for that reason.

Functional
Using a mallet, it was easy to interlock the pieces. They seem fit for outdoor use. I am using them to rest my garbage and recycling cans and they handle the weight without springing apart. I am satisfied with the product and it functions as described.
