This Halloween decoration, with lights and sound, features a wide-eyed skull above a “Welcome" sign being held by two skeletal hands. Each eye contains a bright LED bulb that flashes multicolor lights. Included are two functions, flashing lights or flashing lights with the sound of evil laughter. It is constructed of sturdy poly-resin material finished in eerie detail. A rope loop is included for hanging. Battery operated using three AA batteries (not included).
