Hardware does not match half
Both the latch mechanism and the "c" clamp it slides into are made for carriage bolts, but because the "c" camp wings are too short, carriage bolts hit the body before the carriage bolt bottoms into the square hole. Someone must have figured this out, but instead of properly manufacturing the "c" clamp, they include two Phillips head screws that are too small for the square holes.
