Replacement parts unavailable
We received this stove as part of the purchase of our home 6 months ago. We noticed that the oven door no longer fully closes and we experience a significant loss of heat using the oven. We attempted to order and replace the hinges, but NXR customer service reports that these parts are out of stock and they have no ETA when they will get them back. I spoke with a restaurant supply company who also claims that NXR is terrible when it comes to support and parts. I would not recommend this stov...

Would not recommend
We bought this range in 2021. It worked fine till the warranty ran out at 2 years. We've had nothing but trouble from then on. Had to replace many parts. Now there are propane leaks. Doesn't seem right that a range doesn't even last 4 years! We have to buy a new range. Would never recommend!

Have had for a few months, and it has worked flawlessly. No issues to complain about.

Terrible
We have been using this range for about two weeks and have had nothing but problems. The burners do not work well.

Bad experience!
We have had this range for 2 years. We replaced the igniter twice. The oven burner has burned out and we can’t get another one, or ANY help from the company, so we have to buy a new range. Horrible experience!
Igniter replaced twice still oven no good
I’ve had an issue with the oven. It would not heat up to the set temperature or would burn everything. I had it “repaired” during the warranty period twice. It worked well for a few months. Now we are back with the oven problem- it just doesn’t heat up. We moved into a new home and the builder installed the oven/range. Now we are out of warranty and debating if we should repair a third time out of pocket or just get a new unit/brand entirely!
wonderful DUAL FUEL
This is a great dual fuel range; form and function combined to provide me with all my cooking and baking needs.. This is a great value compared with other name brands.. Researched and this brand certainly has a very good reputation at many other retailers.. This has exceeded all my expectations...
