Protect your property from subsurface water damage with the NDS prefabricated Sheet Drain. Excess buildup of subsurface water affects the usability of your property and can cause flooding and costly damage to your foundation, retaining walls, and landscape. Sheet Drain is used on foundation walls, retaining walls, and raised planters to capture and remove subsurface water, reduce hydrostatic pressure, and to help prevent saturation of surfaces. Sheet Drain comes preassembled with a dimpled solid polymeric core wrapped in polypropylene geotextile filter fabric to prevent soil and sand from entering and potentially clogging the drainage system. This allows the collection of water from the fabric side to flow through to the drainage exits by gravity. Each roll of Sheet Drain provides 100 sq. ft. of drainage coverage, and can be cut to size. The core is 0.25 inch thick, and features an in-plane flow rate of 12.5 GPM/ft.
