Overall good but small things that reduce overall rating

The bbq is great for the most part. A few details leave something to be desired. The drip pan doesn’t line up very well so it hits the edge and drips a bit into the bottom beside the propane tank. The door doesn’t latch solidly either (the magnet is terrible and small). The side burner runs very hot even at the lowest temperature which is a bit annoying as you have to get something to raise it so it isn’t so close to the flame if you don’t want to burn whatever you have on there.

Good Product with some quality control issues

The bbq works very well though I would have preferred a larger warming grid since I used it a lot on my previous bbq. The unit heats up quite hot even on the lowest setting so I would like to use the warming grid to cook some foods which can burn quickly without having to check on them constantly. The setup instructions were not best that I have seen. I had to go back and disconnect the side burner in order to connect the ignition wire to the burner control before installing it to the front pane...

After reading many reviews on this grill I decided to give it a try. I fell victim to the damage side panels like many others. I decided to put it together despite the damage. When I finished and looked at the grill I decided that why should I compromise and settle for a damaged product. Called lowes they are coming to pick it up tomorrow. Think twice about buying this grill unless you get one completely assemble

Great investment

Excellent grill. Love how fast it heats up, great for searing, grilling or going slow. Assembly was relatively easy, just a few hiccups as the plans could be a little more detailed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a new BBQ.

Shipping damage

The grill works fine. However, the two dents on either side of the lower part of the grill does not look good. Putting the grill together was easy but time-consuming. The bent frames did not help.

Love how even it heats up and the control of the temperature is great. Heavier so it doesn't blow away in the wind.

High quality BBQ grill. Love the fact the grill has 4 burners when other grill brands with same cooking surface area has only three burners. Heats up fast.

bbq is good but you can tell side shelf and door is of lower quality,door magnet not placed well and you can feel it not so good

Good quality barbeque, excellent warranty. The grill is great, no crazy flare-ups nice even heat. I have not had a side-burner before but needed one at my cabin. I am finding it difficult to control the heat, unable to simmer anything.
