The Mutual Industries Stormwater Filter Sock is a broad-spectrum pollution retention device for both post-construction stormwater management and erosion and sediment applications. Use it by placing the filter sock perpendicular to the flow of stormwater. Once a storm event happens, sediment and debris will collect behind the sock while waterbourne pollutants such as grease, oil sheen, heavy metals, and dissolved nutrients are collected inside the sock.
