This product did not perform.

This product has not performed. I used this for the first time on properly prepared soil. Raked the seed and soil to ensure proper coverage over the seed and watered. None of the seed sprouted. It’s been three weeks.

Received the product in spring, however grass seed should typically be planted in the fall - I live in PA and for us we should plant around the first week of October. Reason for this is because grass that grows nearly in the spring will die in the summer if it’s not regularly watered. We don’t water our lawn. Anyway, seed went down easily and is growing nicely. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grass took reasonably well to a rocky area even with weather not compatible for planting grass seed. The testing period provided wasn’t long enough for our western pa weather to be right with late snow and erratic wind and rain. We planted a couple weeks back.
