[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bag is very sturdy and easy to pour. The grass seeds are bright blue and easy to see, even in tall grass. After you water it a few times, the blue completely washes away. Make sure to shake up the bag well or you will have patches of pellets with no seed and dense patches of seed with no pellets. Unfortunately I can’t comment on growth as it’s only just warm enough to start putting grass seed down here. I’m hoping it will patch up the holes...

In their defense though, it is basically still winter in Wisconsin and the conditions haven't been great for growing grass yet this year. I also haven't been as diligent about watering twice a day like they recommend, and I do think you need frequent watering for grass seed to be successful. The bag is compact, cantaining both seed and fertilizer. It was so easy to just shake it up to mix and the shake to distribute over the bare spot. Give it a week and some water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this product from Influenster in exchange for an honest review. The repair mix actually works great! It took about a week for the grass to fill out, even in the cooler temps we’ve had in the Midwest. The area that we used it on is a high traffic area near the driveway. There are still some spots from what may have been user error. We will be continuing to use this product in the future.

Stays in place better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, I love the packaging! A pouring spout that closes for later use. And a handle to make dispersion easier. The seed itself is nice and large, so it stays in place and is not as attractive to birds or blows off with wind. It has just started to sprout, and I'm happy with how good the sprouting is!

I like that it has a unique blue tinted seed color, making it simple to see where it is placed. I’m cannot yet attest to its hardiness, but will update this post when indicated. New grass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can not believe how fast the dry patches of my lawn were filled within two weeks. It was easy to apply on dry patches. I was worried because it started to lightly snow again ( Chicago's weather). I barely did anything and the grass just started growing. The seeds I applied last year did not work this fast. I highly recommend .
