Plastic plastic & magnetix is huge let down
It's 90% plastic. Magnetix takes up too much room and puts the shower head at a weird unnatural angle so the shower head hits the wall... Making adjusting is a pain. The main valve is too easy to turn. Bump it with the hose and it's either scalding or freezing.

Looks nice is all
Use pex with push fit fittings. Was told the install was incorrect by using that material, but was sent a new valve in the hopes of correcting the by pass problem. Didn’t help. Now the spout/diverter is doesn’t seal properly. Switched the shower head to an aftermarket and now the pressure and water volume is awesome. Will soon be getting an aftermarket spout/diverter since that is not sealing well, a lot of water is coming out of the spout while taking a shower. Just unhappy with the whole syste...

Good features, not the best durability
We purchased this shower head about a year ago. He haven't had any issues until now. The shower head gets adjusted daily because of different height people in the house. The plastic nut that connects the head to the metal elbow has become worn and stripped. So when the head is adjusted it starts to leak. I've tried to add plumbers tape to the connection. It doesn't really help. Please let me know what I can do.

Looks Great but shower head restricted badly
We purchased the Tiffin Model# 82879SRN in August 2023 and installed in a new home December 2023. At 70 psi water pressure, the tub spout runs at 6 GPM. When you convert water to the shower head, flow is reduced to 4 GPM which is still pretty good. With "Magnetix" shower head installed, flow is reduced to 1.2 GPM. This is horrible! Water is way to restricted in the shower head.

Our plumber recommended Moen and I'm sorry I didn't just go with the Glacier Bay I had purchased then cancelled. After 2 years the shower head sprays everywhere (getting our wall wet), the faucet flow is crazy too (sprays everywhere) and the faucet diverter doesn't divert the water completely to the shower so when the shower's on, half the water is still coming out of the faucet. Will probably just buy another brand and scrap this one. We have 4 bathrooms and didn't pay near this much for the o...

Corroded within 2 years
Bought this fixture for the moen quaility but it seems to be lacking that. Less than two years old and the drain is completely corroded and doesn’t seal anymore. Also the spout for the tub sprays everywhere and does not hold tight while taking a shower.
