They don't make them like they used to

The C Ring continuously falls out. Looks like a cheap plastic piece is the only thing that keeps it in place and there is no way to tighten it. Disappointing

The ring has come off the base repeatedly- there is no way to secure it. The ones installed on opposite sides are fine- needs a left side hook!

Poor Quality

These look great but I've got two towel rings and two toilet paper rings and they are all falling apart-- the little plastic pieces that hold the c-rings to the mounts are all wearing out. I've spent too much on the bathroom faucets and towel holders to replace them with something else, so I'll probably just epoxy the rings in place. Terrible design.

There’s a hidden set screw

I thought my contractor had installed this incorrectly because it was so easy to pull the ring off its mounting post. I realized there is a very small set screw accessible through the hole at the bottom of the post. You will need a small hex screwdriver or Allen wrench to loosen. It can fall out easily, so be careful. But once you loosen the set screw, put the ring back on, then tighten the screw, it will hold. I’m leaving this review here in case it helps others. Flawed design, cheaply made

My beautiful new bathroom has a flaw - this cheaply made Moen towel ring which snapped off its wall base after a few weeks of use.

C hook keeps coming off from the post

The C hook to hold the towel keeps coming off. Very disappointed.

Poor Design

I am about to request my third one of these in a little over a year. I have Eva accessories in my new bathroom and I need them to match. I love this towel ring but the C-loop keeps coming out and there’s no way to secure it back in my place. This needs to be re-designed. Very frustrated.
