Very pretty but needs a valve and decorative button for inside face of shower that no one carries. Gave up looking and returned.

There are no separate controls for water flow
It's a pretty shower system but but I rarely use it. To get the water temperature to a comfortable level it has to spray at a high level for awhile, and to change the temperature you have to change the water flow level. I regret purchasing this expensive item.

Slider adjustment
With a heavier shower head than the original Moen, I tried to adjust the tension on the slider and broke the internal plastic part. Now I need to replace the whole slider. However the overall quality of the Hand Held shower unit is very good.
