Very disappointed - 3 times not a charm!

We really loved the look, the shape, the color and the perceived quality of this mantel, so much so that we ordered it three times (having to return all three). The item arrived each time fairly well packaged, but in every single case, the workmanship was flawed, with mars and scratches and incomplete corners. A real shame. Unless you find this in the store and give it a total lookover, do not risk buying it. Poor quality control.

The box arrived safely and in perfect condition with all of its hardware included and flagged so you don’t accidentally toss it.
