water tasted metallic
The filter installed easily. I ran water through for several minutes. The water tasted metallic. After running several more pitchers worth of water through there was no improvement in taste.

Thirsty ?
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I drink tons of water daily. It’s funny because she more you drink water the more you realize different tastes and the thirstier you become. I guess I’m somewhat of a water tasting snob or connoisseur. Austin water sometimes has this odd odor and as weird as it seems punt intended, smells like wet dog. Needless to say filtered water is always a necessary choice in my book. Not to mention water is decadent on hot sultry days and nights !
