Easy to apply and not messy
I applied it to fresh, cured grout on glass tile back splash, very small tiles 👌 It was easy to wipe off tiles and didn't leave a film on the tile. This is in a high-stain area, so I'll try to remember to report back in a year to see if the sealer helped stop the grout staining.

Crappy sealer, save your money
Just had our kitchen tiled. After a couple weeks applied this twice to the grout (still spotless at this point) and it appears to do nothing. Had a couple inadvertent oil spots show up from cooking that appeared to soak right in and won't come out. Waste of money.
