Great soil

I used this last year and it worked great, so I will be using it again this year.

Keep outdoors at all times

The amount of little fungus gnats that came from this bag was horrible. We had it stored in our mudroom before using, and it took us weeks after removing bag to get the infestation out of our home. We had multiple traps set up, and it was still bad. If you keep the bag outdoors at all times, you should be fine. As for growing, it seems like every other bagged soil. Plants grew the same as other brand of raised bed soil.

Love Miracle Grow!

I was excited to try this mix by Miracle Grow. It seems as if anything I start in my garden with this brand takes off! We had just recently finished building a raised planter box and I used this in the mix for that.

Great garden soil, but pricey

I recently built a couple of garden boxes for my wife and we used this product in one of them suncebit says it is specifically designed for this use. The soil was dark and filled with organic material and we only needed about half the bag for our 30”x30”x10” garden box. We did not cover it with mulch as the directions suggest, but we have a glass top on our box from an old window. Wothin just a few days of planting our veggies sprouted and are growing rapidly. Great Top Dressing for a Raised Garden

The Miracle-Grow Organics Raised Bed Mix is an awesome top dressing for my raised bed garden. It’s been about two months since I planted my garden and noticed my Jalapeño pepper plants were not growing quickly. So, I used this bag of soil to enrich that area of the garden by putting down 1-2” on top of the existing garden soil. Wow, now this is some amazing soil. I first love that it is organic and I don't have to worry about having things growing that I did not plant. The mixture of the organics is so nice and the soil absorbs water very well. I have to use planters for my tomatoes so that the deer won't get to them. This soil is just perfect for raised beds. Time to go get 6 more bags.

Just what I needed

This soil worked perfectly for my raised bed tomato garden. The soil looked clean and felt to be the right consistency, it wasn’t too clumpy or too dry. So far my plants are thriving. This is a very convenient way to fill my raised beds with good quality soil.
