Reversible?
I purchased not realizing opening (right or left) is taken from inside. I was under the impression it was outside opening. Unfortunately got mine installed the opposite from my previous, my living space looks awkward. In addition, Lowes only offer right sided opening. Is it possible to reverse it into left sided opening? Please provide instructions.

Similar experience as in the other review. 18 days after the order, the order was cancelled by the manufacturer, because they said Lowes did not provide enough info to make the patio door. Do not waste your time on this item.

worst experience
Lowe's delayed shipping my door by a months and then cancelled without any reason. Customer support and managers made me wait for hours on the phone and again gave me no reason for cancelation. I will have to loose tens of thousand thousands and delay the whole house project because of this. Awful experience

These windows blew out from a strong storm. The Millard representative examined the doors but never got back to me. Really poor service

Trinsic Series V300 vinyl SG
3 weeks owning slider and where the middle meets the seal leaks water to inside sliding shaft from middle. Maybe there should be a rubber seal in the middle to prevent this. Yes aware of weap holes, but still hard rain can come inside and ruin property.

WE LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THESE DOORS, HOW THEY LOCK, HOW THEY OPEN AND CLOSE. BUT MOST OF ALL HOW THEY LOOK. BEST DOORS AND WINDOWS IN THE HOUSE.

Sliders Fell Apart In The Heat
Purchased these sliders just over a year ago and the vinyl window trim pieces have melted in the sun and are peeling off of the glass. There are also trim pieces that were cut too short. I'm told what may have happened is that Milgard took the windows apart and painted them black and then put them back together again because of the supply chain shortages on black windows.
