Lowes had the lowest price. And shipping was $0. I bought this MM272 to replace my MM262 that lasted two months short of seven years. It is nearly identical. Mounts are same parts. Apparently the update is to accept solar. My installation is on two 6 1/2 ft. x 4 ft. chain link gates. One day the 262 just quit. No output voltage from the controller and the motors were dead. Replacement parts are expensive. I'd have been $ ahead to replace to a single gate and opener. Sad that MM will only warran...
