Washer okay, Dryer terrible

This is our second set of Miele washer/dryers. We will never buy again. The washer is fine, although small capacity with very LONG washing cycles if you acutely want clean items—and we are not a muddy household. The dryer is terrible by contrast. Great machine - takes great care of clothes

I love this washer dryer set and would definitely buy them again. They are very efficient, clean much better than my last sets and take care of the cloths, they come out super soft and just look better. Both the washer and dryer run on a single 120v outlet. Great Washing Machine

My parents always had a Miele Washing Machine back in Germany. So when we needed a new washing machine I wanted a Miele. The Lowe's model is very similar to the Miele machines they sell you in higher end appliance stores (the Lowe's one has a couple of less functions). For the washing machine itself - it is 5 stars. Best machines you can buy

Miele, washers,dishwashers, etc , are by far the best machines you can buy. Yes the tend to cost close to double what you would normally pay for one but they will last twice as long.I have a Miele front loader that is close to 20 years old and I have never had a problem with it. This brand is amazing. Too bad they sell them at Lowes where they send out incompetent installers. They ruined the first one by ignoring installation instructions and the second installer was worse than the first. My husband read the manual and watched YouTube videos and guided the second installer. Had Miele washer and dryer for 20 years and when they finally failed I went and purchased the new models. These are terrible units. Had multiple service calls and they still could not be fixed. Very disappointing Very!

Do Not buy trips code required GFCI outlet/breaker

I was not able to keep this washer because it could not be installed to code on a GFCI outlet or breaker. Miele support said machine was fine because it runs on a non-GFCI outlet. Miele service solution was to keep trying GFCI outlets until one worked, which made no sense because all GFCI breakers meet the standard code. Miele Front load washer

This little machine is a bit smaller than what I am used to, but it is mighty! It does a great job and is quiet. After reading the handbook, I realized the machine can be programmed in a multitude of way. It can dispense detergent automatically or manually (liquid or powder) it can be started remotely by using the app and it has a variety of spin speeds. There is so much more too!
