Second summer and unit stopped cooling due to refrigerant leak. Repair cost is more than getting another 700 dollar unit.

The best portable air conditioner!

I love this air conditioner. It's so quiet I have to remind myself to shut it off when it's not needed. This A/C keeps the temperature that is set. This is so quiet that it would be perfect for the bedroom. I'm seriously considering purchasing another one, to replace an older noisy one.

I couldn’t be more frustrated about this purchase. I researched so carefully, and ordered very carefully, be/c we are in the middle of a massive heat wave. It was supposed to be here today. No updates. Then an update saying 10am—2pm TODAY. But when I plugged in the actual tracking, it says 10am-2pm tomorrow. It’s not coming tomorrow … I dug into the history, and it’s sitting in New York. The whole point was to beat the heatwave and keep my 4th of July guests comfortable. It won’t even be worth ...

Amazing AC

Easy setup, multi functional and keeps my house cold.

I haven't plugged it in. I'm not returning it because of the hassle. It's freaking huge. Medium sized room? It's bigger than some cars I've owned.

set on cool than switches to air

After using air conditioner for 2 summers. The unit has stopped working properly it is set on cool after 15 minutes it turns to just air. I've checked for water drainage, cleaned filters, reset and it still doing the same thing. luckily I got a 2 year warranty!

Go to a different manufacturer

Ive had two of these because I like the dual and freestanding options. both have failed outside of warranty; try something else like others are saying.

A great AC unit

Used in a large bedroom, an office, a workshop, or a single car garage, this AC is very nice. It could be a lot quieter, but the smart features allows control and montoring from anywhere. Midea does a great job with making easy to understand and use hardware and apps.

This device is powerful enough to cool off a large room/workshop. The smart features allow off-site control and monitoring. The filter is easy to access and clean. It's louder than I'd like, but worth it if there is no better option.
