We purchased this dryer on 6/1/2025, and it stopped working immediately. It wouldn’t heat at all, so we had to return it the very next day. The store exchanged it for the exact same model, and now, just a little over a year later, the replacement dryer has also stopped working. For a $600 dryer, I expected much better quality and reliability. Having two dryers of the same model fail is very disappointing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. It simply isn’t worth the money.
Great dryer for reasonable price!
My old dryer broke so I researched some possible replacements and decided on this model. I like the different options for drying and also the capacity for larger laundry loads such as bedding. The door being able to be used as a shoot and also for folding laundry is an added feature that I like as well. I would definitely recommend this dryer and would select it over others again.

This dryer has superb drying capabilities. This drum size is extra large. The cycles help prevent wrinkling of clothes. It’s a great dryer and the price is fantastic.

Horrible dryer have had it one week
I just had to restart the cycle because my blanket did not dry and the bulb is out on the inside and it’s not turning on now it has not dried the entire time I’ve had it which is exactly one week every load of clothes has had to go through two heavy duty cycles and the app won’t let me return the item (no option to) how can I get a refund/replacement Lowe’s?

I would give it a zero star if I could. First off, there were no instructions or any kind of paperwork with the dryer. It was supposed to come with feet to install on dryer, none. We got it plugged in and ready to use, turned it on and the drum was completely out of balance. It sounded like I was drying a load of bricks! Called to have it picked up. Lowe's offered no apology, no additional compensation for the inconvenience. And the icing on the cake was when Lowe's delivery drivers drov...

Great product and great price! My old Maytag washer (20 years or so) finally gave up the ghost and we decided to replace both the washer and dryer. We went to Lowe's and were most pleasantly surprised by the deal we got on a new laundry pair!!! We applied for charge cards and got $100 off the already sale price on both appliances, then got an additional 10% off due to buying a pair! We are very happy with the performance of both the washer and the dryer!
