chain broke and cheep parts
Good low cost bike
Decent motor, suspension, tires. Assembled in less than a hour. Only other thing I wanted was a torque converter but at this price I can add one.
Nice mini bike
I have a Coleman B200R & this Massimo is a little faster. The Massimo handles bumps better due to front & rear shocks. There was some shipping damage, but customer service took care of the problem, I just ordered a 2nd Massimo mini bike.
Terrible customer service/missing parts
Picked up mini bike for son’s birthday. It was all crated up but missing several parts including the handle bar clamps and wheel bushings. Called customer service spent over an hour on the phone for them to tell me the replacement order would take 5-10 days just to process plus whatever standard shipping time it would take to get here. Long story short don’t buy from this company. They don’t care about the customer. Women I spoke to today was very rude as well.

I would absolutely recommend.. I've only had it 3 days and have already put quite a few miles on it. I weigh 220 pounds and the suspension has no problem handling it. Nothing wrong with the seat but it's alittle hard and narrow for me, so I'm putting a springed Harly seat on it... The reason for 4 stars is, there's a vibration at a certain rpm that is pretty significant. I ordered rubber motor mounts that I believe will solve the problem. Lowes has the best price.
