Poor Repair Service

Would Not Recommend

We bought the Buck 450 less than a year ago. Runs great when it runs. I went to start it last month and it wouldnt start at all. I have called 3 different Massimo repair facilities recommended by Massimo for warranty service. No one will take it to be worked on. The only help I received from Massimo was a list of repair centers. None of them in my area will work on the unit. Im stuck. Dont buy it.

This UTV is for light/medium duty use

Would Recommend

This UTV is good for medium/light duty use. Turn ratio is very large and it doesn’t have power steering; however it has great features that are standard such as roof, windshield, winch, and dump bed that add thousands to the price of other brands/models. Overall good buy for the money.

Any initial concerns I had about purchasing this UTV quickly went away as it proved to be reliable and highly capable of many tasks around the property. It is used regularly for pulling a grader and hauling a trailer. It's even fun riding the trails.

Don’t expect it when they say it will be delivered

I wish I could tell you about my experience with the product, but after more than two weeks of waiting, we still have yet to receive it. The product was supposed to be delivered today. We ordered it on June 2, 2023 with a delivery date set for June 12. I called Massimo today to follow up because they failed to follow up from their completely disorganized customer service rep call from last Friday. She had no idea when it was to be shipped from Texas, and couldn’t tell me why it hadn’t been ship...

Good value just don't think it's a sporty SxS

Finally got delivered late last night. First thing is tighten every nut, bolt and screw you can find. They were pretty much all loose. Had a couple of broken parts upon arrival. The brackets to mount a windshield, which I don't have anyway. Many different sized Torx and metric bolts, even one bracket that has both an 8 and 10mm next to one another. ???? Then check all fluids. Had to add coolant as reservoir was empty. Having only driven it a little bit it is clearly not a powerhouse but...
