Masonite 36-in x 80-in x Steel No glass Universal reversible Primed Slab Front Door Insulating core

The door its self was very good quality, but I had to return it to the store. I hadn't taken the correct measurements. After seeking the assistance of a Lowes associate I found the correct way to measure for my new door.

Make it easier for the homeowner

Door was good. There were a lot of black marks and scrapes that can be avoided with proper care and handling. All of them were buffed out and door was painted. So all good, but a little disappointed when I saw condition. Also, whoever is putting the barcodes and stickers on the door jamb are out of their mind. Seems like you need stickers that are easier to get off. Took and hour to remove stickers and glue.

Scratched and Dented

This is the first time I had to use Lowe's delivery. I am sure the door was lovely in the store (i hope) but it was delivered looking like a used door. I can't return it because I don't have a truck and I need to install it this weekend because its winter in Upstate NY and the glass on my old door broke. I just wish more care on delivery was taken to prevent this. I did pay $34 for delivery and $200 for a brand new door.

Lowes messed up my complete order

They ordered the incorrect door, size then didn't address the issue when it came in. Delivered the incorrect merchandise, and incomplete no brick molding.. ordered 4 months ago and they have had my money for 4 months.. offered me a credit because they ordered everything incorrectly. So the installer is wonderful and suppose to bring the correct items out and install next week. We will see

Lowes delivers this item with no padding

I ordered this door and received it via truck delivery. It arrived damaged in multiple spots. it was shipped with no padding or protection whatsoever. If it wasn't damaged before it was put in their truck, they did a pretty good job of making sure it was damaged on the way. Great job Lowes!

Very easy to put on

We finally were able to replace our front door and man what a difference it made. This simple white door was the perfect fit for our space and allowed us to decide which way we wanted to have our door open by being universal.

Quality of primer is so-so

After installing the door, my spouse noticed a number of dots showing metal suggesting an imperfect primer. I didn't want to remove the door and return it so I'll re-prime it and paint it. Extra expenses I was hoping to avoid.

Completely Dented

The door that was delivered was dented in 5 separate spots. (See photos). I don't know how this could be sent out of the store this way. Now we need to schedule a pick up and order a whole new door, while throwing off our construction schedule.
