door looks great but shade not working
after we installed it and removed the lock for the shade, only one side lowers and the other side is stuck up. spent about a half hour moving the adjuster to get the shade to wiggle down halfway. going to go back to sales rep and discuss my options.

No Quality control
Was not impressed with your Masonite 32-in x 80-in x 4-9/16-in Steel Left-hand inswing Primed Prehung Residential Insulating core Front Door That was purchased from Lowes, was not able to see the quality until Old door was removed and install was started. Quality control seemed to be non-existent, picture included with post. I know its a low cost door, but ridiculous, probably a $200.00 door, That was the worst, but they all didnt line up with routed grooves, Fingers crossed the shade and rest o...
Poor Service
I was really disappointed with the quality of the material I ordered. I can’t believe that the employees even brought these doors out to me. Both doors had tremendous scratches, dents and deep abrasions on both sides of the doors. It looked they the doors were just thrown around the truck/warehouse but doesn’t explain why they tried to pawn these damaged doors off on me.
