poor customer service
I purchased the door in the store, In trying to manage the delivery I repeatedly called the customer service line only to be redirected to delivery dept that repeatedly did not answer. There's a real problem at this location that hold times are awful, follow up is poor. All in all as a former Lowe's associate I'm very disapointed. Delivery was equally dismal. First door no call, no tracking and for what ever reason I never received a call to reschedule. Lowe's your not living up to good custo...

Check the blind function before leaving store
We purchased this door and unfortunately it was not in stock nearby. Prior to installing it I checked the blinds after seeing some other reviews and they are not working (see photo). Unfortunately this cannot be fixed per the manufacturer and the door has to be returned. I do really like the idea of the blinds between the glass but this experience has been a huge pain

Decent door for the price.
Pros: The price was good, it installed easily, and the unit was square. Cons: The shade gets caught on one side when you are lowering it. You have to play with it to make it go all the way down. I feel the glass part is a little too low for my liking.
