Basic Full-Lite Door
The glass panel itself is nice. The trim holding the glass panel itself is plastic and interior screws are exposed. The bottom threshold lip that shows is aluminum, but the underneath portion is plastic. I had trouble fitting a Schlage digital deadbolt as the spacing to the edge of the glass trim was closer to the cutout that in the old Stanley door I replaced. On the attached brickmold, there were several small cracks in the wood and one finish nail was driven through and exposed in the top and...

Decent quality for the price, however upon pick up the finish is worn in a spot on one door and the casing is cracked on the other. Lowes didn't seem to care.

Broken seal
The door was installed yesterday and the seal is broken. The glass is cloudy between the panes, so no way to clean it. Beyond frustrated. Junk door!

Factory Work Flaws, Damaged
Unfortunately, we had to return this special order item. There was damage to the floorplate, several instances of epoxy or glue on the glass where no attention was paid in its application, and some sort of spacer left between the glass and frame which caused a visible "ripple" that would have meant leakage and open access for insects. The associate who helped me was as unhappy as I was.
