Yes these boxes are sturdy and do not distort but they are terrible to work with. the screw angle is off so you cant get a screw gun with an extension lined up right to fasten it. when you do tighten it against a stud it gets sucked back beyond the half inch marks. the knock outs are a disaster, way too heavy and tight. there are so many bump outs and obstacles in the box its hard to stuff wires. never again..

very difficult to knock out the wire opening. Will not buy these again. Bring back the blue boxes.
