The kit includes foaming cleaner, pull-rod spray gun, water bottle, water collection bag, drain hose, and a new air-freshening filter to replace the current one. Also included are easy to understand instructions. It is as simple as spraying the cleaner on the coils, and allowing it to soak before rinsing it off. No hands-on scrubbing necessary.

Waste of money

Would Not Recommend

Cheap manual pump sprayer, broke half way through cleaning of the first unit. Filters dont fit, o ring is pointless with broken sprayer, collection bag doesnt fit around the whole unit. Use a garbage bag and save the $80

Cheap junk parts

Would Not Recommend

Don’t waste your money on this kit. The Air Handler pull rod sprayer is a joke. It doesn’t seal properly because is cheap plastic parts and a o-ring. Also it’s way too small. Get a small pump up weed sprayer or just use the mist on your hose like I ended up doing. I would also buy a different brand water collection system that goes completely around the unit.

You need the bag, and cleaner. you can get those so much cheaper. thebottle to rinse is useless. luckily I had a solo mini sprayer on hand. you can get a kit for mini splits online for under $40

Very Disappointing

Would Not Recommend

As others noted, very overpriced for what's in the box. The sprayer bottle won't close tight enough to hold air after the first use. I tighten it carefully until it feels like the o-ring is snug but it still leaks air and won't spray. Have to get a small sprayer at the local hardware store to finish cleaning the units.

I’m not usually one to leave bad reviews, but this one deserves it. The MRCOOL Care cleaning kit was a huge letdown. The catch bag is cheaply made and ridiculously oversized for the 9k BTU MrCool unit I was cleaning—it felt like a generic product slapped into a branded kit. The can of condenser cleaner was barely enough to get started. I actually had to go out and buy a second can just to finish the job. For $89, this kit is a ripoff.
