I am experienced at grouting, but this was a challenge I wasn’t up for. Maybe 20 minutes into the process the epoxy started firming up in the bucket. I called for assistance that was there in less than minute. I continued applying grout as she began removing the excess. The first section came out fine. The second was messy and third was a disaster. Doubt I will ever get it off the face of my tile. Had to throw out my tools and more than half a bucket of grout. Extremely Disappointed with Lowes Customer Service

I purchased this epoxy grout on lowes.com. When I received the item one of the epoxy contained (A) inside was open and leaking, ruining the product. I returned the item at my local Lowes store and told the sales associate I would like an exchange for another gallon of the same item. They do not stock this in store, so she advised to just process the return now and then re-purchase the item online again. I was about to do so but saw the item increased in price by $40. This stuff is awful to use. Absolutely the worst grout to apply and I love using mapai products usually. This stuff is like spreading tar and cleans off tile about the same as well. I've never used a grout (epoxy grouts included) that spread and cleaned off like this stuff does. Mapai I see what you were trying to do cause your old epoxy grout now says acrylic grout. So you were trying to either pull a fast one one your customers or present a new hopefully better product and you completely miss...
