I just did a job for a customer installing white 3” x 6” subway tile backsplash above their kitchen counters, and used this grout for it, and it worked very well.

Poor color match
Like many other reviews now, the grout did not dry the same color as shown. We picked biscuit because it blended well with our tile and grout line were not noticeable. It dried white and now the grout line are very noticeable. Not happy with the final results. I didn't use water. I used the grout maximizer made for unsanded grout. another lousy product. I was supposed to seal the grout. I did not. What a waste of time and money.
It dries much lighter than indicated.
The color does not look like the images online. It dries light almost the "bone" color. If you're looking for a deep brown, I wouldn't choose this one. As for quality... I can't comment... my house is still in process of being tiled/grouted. Look at customer images of you want to see what it looks like dry. The color indicated on the website is what it looks like wet. I don't think it looks bad, just not as expected.
Color is not correct
The charcoal color dried white! I had to go out and bay grout pens to get the color I wanted. The worst!
