What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise this thinset mortar for exceptional holding power and reliable performance across porcelain, stone, glass, and patio tiles. Most highlight its strong adhesion, noting it "holds 10 x 10 tiles well" and "bonds any surface" consistently. Users appreciate the ease of mixing and spreading, with smooth application and good working time allowing sufficient adjustment before setting. Many value its cost effectiveness, choosing it over pricier alternatives without sacrificing quality. A few mention packaging could clarify ceramic compatibility, but overall reviewers consider it a dependable, professional-grade solution for both DIY and commercial projects.

Good adhesion, consistency, and spreadability. Used on 24x24 porcelain tiles. Nice to work with.

Smells Bad

This was very bad smelling and I wasn't expecting that based on mortar I've used years ago. I had a bad headache the next day but don't know for sure if it was caused by the product. I used it to adhere cement board to my subfloor, along with backer screws. Time will tell if it works.

My tile setter primarily used the Keraflx SG for the lion's share of the 1500'sq plus tilenlaidbin my house over the last six months. I made many trips to Lowe's to keep him supplied with thinset and Schluter edging.
