Defective product

These were a disappointment and did not achieve the intended result. I will be returning them. Based on the way they need to fit in the frame, the square that is visible once the frame is in place on the window is not a solid square, flush with the frame. Just the perimeter is outlined so it looks odd. They need to correct the manufacturing process. Look for other brands elsewhere, and you will see how they need to be made to give the appearance you want.

I’d buy again

Great to assemble your own screens. You don’t need to cut the corners at an angle. You can simply skip the frame and insert the plastic corner pieces.

Be prepared to wait on yourself on the sales floor . Especially evenings and weekends. Cutbacks are tiring out the minimal staff but i got to say they do thier best. Shop earlier in the day for better chances at getting help . Brenda Proctor at #557 is the best cashier they've ever had. Several items no prices. Bring in more experienced staffing .
