If you think the Lowe's credit card will help with return windows, additional customer service or the ability to have any kind of flexibility, think again. the customer service phone numbers do not get you to a person who can resolve your issue, and no one seems to know that the credit card gives you an extended return window.
Faulty Switch Right Out of the Box
It did not work. My old switch from the same brand stopped working so I went and bought a new one but opted for this style instead. I installed it myself and it did not work.
