Sink fails at the most basic of functions
I could not believe it but it is true. Water puddles at different points in the basin and does not flow through the drain. What do I do with a sink like this after having paid for installation? Bad on both Lordear for shoddy quality control and Lowes for carrying such products. Disappointing. I cannot afford to rip it out and return it back to Lowes. What is my recourse here?

Love the look but has some drawbacks..
Looks fantastic on the counter but…. The back is open and not finished. Really should be sold as a sink that hangs on the wall. Also description states 1.75 in drain opening. It is a solid 2 in opening. Finding a pop up drain with overflow that does not leak is proving problematic. Overall it’s fine, not great but will do once I can figure out the drain situation.

Lowes representative show no remorse
This project started in July 2024 and I still don't have a complete bathroom. I haven't been able to used my bathroom for seven months. I'm a long time customer of Lowes and I shouldn't be treated this way. Disgraceful.

Make sure sink is installed flush with back splash
disappointed as I expected a vessel sink to be finished on all surfaces. Because I positioned the sink away from the back splash, the backside is unfinished. Thus it is reflected in the wall mounted mirror. So, had to create a filler to conceal it.
