Never thought I would be reviewing dirt.
Purchased 1 scoop on 9-10-23 at Lowes, Union City, TN. It was obvious looking at the pile that there were pieces of wood in there. Was using this to repair a low spot in the lawn. When I got home and started shoveling it out of the truck into a small trailer attached to my atv to move it to the needed location, I found a lot of surprises. 6 inch piece of sharp metal that would totally wipe out a mower tire, numerous rocks, some the size of softballs, aluminum cans, etc. I realized this was no...
Dirt may be ok once you can get through the trash.
Full of rocks, chunks of wood, clay, and trash. Spent every afternoon this past week going back and raking more and more rocks and chunks of wood out of it. Nails, wire, spark plug, and plastic too.
Worked out fine, but not excep clean.
It looked really good, but did have a lot of mulched up wood in it. It appeared to be a "processed" product meaning that dirt was supplemented with mulch. That was my impression. I was able to use it and it's going to grow stuff, so I'm good with it. It was a good price.
Don’t purchase it.
I was told it was topsoil. It had big rocks, big pieces of concrete even golf balls.
It is mostly sand with very little loamy dirt.
It’s ok for this are but I wish it was actual dirt. It has a lot of sand in it.

Terrible
This is NOT screened. It contains a large amount of huge rocks, sticks and trash (literal trash). Looks like it was pulled straight off a demolition site. Exceptionally disappointed. If you can get past all the debris that shouldn't be in there, the soil itself is of decent fertile quality.
