The full-sized, 3-seat sofa can be separated into 3 component sections to build a 2-seater loveseat and armless chair if needed to accommodate smaller spaces. One year limited warranty. Blakely includes: a left and right arm sofa seat (23.2" W x 31" D x 32.5" H); an armless seat (21.7" W x 31" D x 32.5" H); 2 arm chairs (24.7" W x 31" D x 32.5" H); and a coffee table (36" W x 22" D x 16" H).
