Go with leutron
Easy to install but didn’t work as planned. Maybe defective but my electrician said I should not have bought this brand. Returning it today and going with the brand I’ve always used, leutron.
Daughters' Bathroom
I installed this in my daughters' bathroom because they always left the light/fan on for ventilation. Once no motion was detected, it turned off after a few minutes, solving the problem

Don't waste your money
Got one of these for my bathroom. The motion switch that was in there got broken and thos switch was the closest thing I could find to it. Had it installed and it wouldn't turn off! Called an electrician in, cost 120 bucks for him to tell me the switch was defective and tti take it back..uhhhh took it back lowes didn't want to let me return after 25 minutes they finally let me switch it out for another one. Paid an electrician another 120 bucks to come back out and install it. Well guess what...

MUST USE GROUND WIRE OR WILL NOT WORK!!!!!!
so this is a 1 in a million electronic device that has to be grounded(green or copper wire connected to green screw) to work at all. i tried everything from switching wires around to adding a common neutral wire and nothing. simple install, for a basic 3 wire setup (black-hot/white-common/neutral/green or copper-ground). simply connect black wire from wall to black wire on unit, white wire from wall to red wire, green wire to ground screw on unit, then cap off the yellow wire on unit so it doesn...

Vacancy sensor
Instructions were a little confusing in setting up time delay. Delay time goes from 30 seconds to the next setting of 5 minutes. I wish it could have been for only one or two minutes delay. Other than that it works fine and I'm happy with my purchase.
