It is a seitch
It does not have push terminals anywhere. A standard switch plate does not fit over it because of the raised area around the toggle.
Switch internals are wired incorrectly
The switch I Purchased was not wired as a toggle switch, it does nothing when you flip it except for let through the low voltage that the light (on the switch) takes.

I REPLACED AN OLD SWITCH THAT BURNT OUT WITH THIS ONE. IT WORKS AS IT'S SUPPOSED TO. HOPE IT LASTS 20+YEARS LIKE THE OLD ONE DID.
