I installed the Mercer II whirlpool tub a little over a year ago and it has more than exceeded my expectations. The unique steeper sloped back with multiple jets and head rest makes for a very relaxing back and neck massage. I use it to help get a better sleep and for pain management as well. It's easy to install, operate and clean and looks brand new after more than one year of use several times per week. I added the grab bars which helps getting in and out.
