Easy DYI Beam

Would Recommend

We bought this to cover our 15'6" necessary sheet-rocked beam in our living area. We wanted the rustic look but not spend $685 getting it done with a pre made one. So, three 16ft boards later and we have a beautiful rustic beam for $45 + gel stain and wood filler. Going to do a couple smaller ones in a later DYI. I'd add a picture but not sure how to do that.

Love it

Would Recommend

This siding is easy to work with, lightweight, looks fantastic, and doesn’t break the bank. So much easier than cement board! I also like that Lowes stocks it in quantity and I was able to go back and get 20 more to finish the job. My advice? Buy more than you think. The calculator for square footage was not as accurate as I would have liked. Add 10 percent more. After painting my house looks awesome!
