Easy Assembly EXCEPT last step

This relates just to assembly. Everything went easily UNTIL the last step--attaching the armrests to the backrest supports. You absolutely need two people, and the 1st has to apply a LOT of force to make the holes line up while the 2nd drills in the bolts. But we got it done, it looks great, and it's comfortable.

Great Product and great Customer Service

Recently when a storm blew one off the dock and cracked a support, I feared a tough process to order a replacement part. Nope. Easy call to customer service, talked to a person in under a minute and they quickly had a part on the way. Hard to find that these days.

Lifetime Adirondack Chair

The chair is extremely challenging and frustrating to put together. Please consider the customer when creating a product that needs to be assembled. I would not recommend purchasing the chair. I was very disappointed because of the level of difficulty. Very Poor Manufacturing. I would give the Chair a one-star rating. I am hoping this is corrected for future purchases by the customer. Got response back that I could with any kind of paint! While reading reviews on this form it says not to paint! So... what's the real answer? Can I paint them?

Wow I just love these chairs. When you put them together they are serious when they say don’t tighten until they are all in . . . Second chair was a breeze.

Durable and Stylish

I purchased 2 Adirondack chairs and when they were delivered one box was open and their were parts missing. I called customer service and was helped by a nice young lady. I told her what happened and she ordered the missing parts and is sending them to my home. No around. No headaches. Real customer service. Ty
