LG 30-in Glass Top 5 burners 6.3-cu ft Freestanding Electric Range ( Stainless Steel )

Not very good

It last 2years and 4 months only, i stop cooking and turned off, 10 minute later a big sound and the crystal top explode and cracked, there is a lot of tiny pieces of glass all over the top. When we buy it, we remeber telling the cashier to put warranty on it and he did not do it, so now this is trash. I will say if you buying it get warranty for sure!

Great Basic Oven

This one doesn’t have all the bells and whistles, and it’s exactly what we wanted. Stove gets hot very fast. Almost took us a week to get used to that. The remote features are a nice addition too. It’s sleek, looks great and completes the kitchen. Recommend it if you’re upgrading or replacing a broken range without breaking the bank.

Good Enough Stove

I have had this stove for a couple of months. The delivery guys and installers of the stove (Lowes) were excellent, on time and very efficient, cute and nice. I was glad to purchase the install and remove options. It came with a pigtail plug-in. Like a lot of reviewers, I was disappointed with the bottom drawer, which is flimsy and shallow. Be prepared to guess what your stove is set to

I have not even had mine one year, and most of the numbers around the knobs for the stove have rubbed off. I used the same stainless steel wipes on a previous stove and while the numbers started to wear off after many years they were still legible. The ones on this stove are not, so you are literally guessing what it is set to. I called LG and they told me it must be my fault, I must have used harsh cleaners and I would have to pay to get it fixed myself. So, I tried a different route and called...

Oven is the worst.

Bottom bake element stopped working in the first few months. Finally figured it out as oven would never keep a temperature consistent and burn on top while completely doughy on the bottom. Of course the diagnostic via wifi was pointless and did nothing.

Bought this stove due during our kitchen remodel. Out existing stove was not broken but I splurged on a new one. Honestly wish I would have kept my old stove. We have already needed a repair and it is 4 months old. One of the burners would not adjust temp with the dial. It stayed on high all the time regardless of what temp the dial was on. I’ve had this stove for a little over a year now and it’s never failed every time I try using the burners and oven at the same time anything I’m trying to cook on top gets over heated and will burn!

charles and Jarrell delivered my stove and installed it perfectly. But they went beyond that! when my refrigerator was delivered, that guy would not install the water to it. told me to get a plumber, even though I paid for installation. so Charles and Jarrell hooked that up too! I am so grateful for all their work. they truly went above and beyond!!

Faulty burner switches

Placement of the burners are good, front burner sizes and power are appropriate. The middle back warming burner is in my opinion useless. Quality is a mixed bag. We purchased the LREL6321S in late January. The infinity switch that controls the right front dual burner had to be replaced within a month. REVIEW IS TOWARDS CUSTOMER SERVICE

I am so just shocked at how this process went. I had purchased a professional install and then told I personally needed to buy an adapter. I called the manager and she said Lowes would take care of it. Then I get a call from some other lady saying what do I want to do because Lowes cannot install the oven. I explained the manager apologized and said she would take care of this issue. She said Lowes can't do it so I initiated my refund. I am at a loss for words.
