This is a great unit for a bedroom. Powerful cooling yet it is quiet enough to not disturb your sleep. I highly recommend it.

Got a returned item missing remote

The air conditioner works great. The Box was damaged like it was a returned item. The remote was not included. Didn't return because my house is extremely hot and I really needed it. Pretty disappointed with Lowes though.

Error CH38, refrigerant leak JUST outside warranty

We have had our air conditioner for just over a year now. The first summer it worked great and cooled our room well. However, now as the warranty for the product just passed with no warning the appliance showed error CH38 and stopped producing cold air. Lasted less than a week - do not recommend

Bought to cool our garage. Cooling function was good, cooled the entire 1 car, insulated garage quickly. However, after just a few days I walked out to a huge puddle. When the water pan is full it is supposed to alert and shut off, but it did not. Other site reviews listed a cracked water pan as a somewhat common flaw so I think it is that (wish I'd looked at more reviews, hence writing this one).
