What Customers Are Saying

Customers overwhelmingly praise the microwave for its sleek, modern design with hidden touch controls and integrated side handle that enhances kitchen aesthetics. The extendable vent system is the standout feature, effectively removing smoke and steam with automatic activation. Users consistently report intuitive operation, powerful cooking performance, large capacity, and abundant preset options. A few note the vent occasionally hangs crooked, dim interior lighting, and counterintuitive door access, with some reporting warranty issues. Despite minor drawbacks, most customers consider the microwave an excellent investment.

Fantastic ventilation and solid microwave

Would Recommend

The extendable vent is a huge improvement. With it extended there is no more smoke and steam flowing in front of the microwave. The unit hangs a little lower than my old unit giving me slightly less room between the cooktop and the bottom of the microwave. It has the same capacity as my older unit, and definitely heats faster and is quieter. I like the clean look of the solid black glass when the button backlight turns off. My only complaint is the jingle it plays when cooking is done gets annoy...

Delivery charge

Went to Lowe’s to purchase a microwave. Chose one, available in the showroom, attempted to access, and the salesman discovered it was no longer available. So we picked another one. There was not one in the store, so Delivery was necessary. It cost $39 to have it delivered since it wasn’t in the store. That should never have happened. Will not again purchase something at Lowe’s that I will be charged to have delivered. Ever.

Great microwave.

Would Recommend

I absolutely love this microwave. It has so many functions I’ve never had before. It defrosts meat perfectly and softens butter better than my last one. It is also the best looking one I’ve ever seen.
