We purchased this stove at the Sioux City Lowes. We liked it until 9 months in, and could no longer use it. We were putting dishes away and when reaching past the stove to put a small wood cutting board away, it slipped and landed on the cooktop. Not a bad range

The range is good. We had no problems for over 3 1/2 years. The center of right front burner no longer works and has to be replaced. Other than that this still is a good range. Self cleaning works as expected.

I made wrong decision to buy this one

I bought this range 2 months ago. Wish I didn't. The top is very diffficult to keep looking good with mark and scratches. Needs a special cleaner every time. The biggest issue is the horrible noise and subsequent service department. The noise is coming from the oven and is random, and continues to get worse. We called service and are getting the run around. We're both over 70 and we have to get on the floor to get the serial number. They have a list of things they want us to do, and are giving u...

Horrible customer service support

Three months into using this stove, it decided to start shutting the oven off at random i.e. in the middle of cooking dinner or a cake! Not to awful of a malfunction except won't turn back on immediately. Anywhere from 2 to 14 minutes later can you turn the oven back on. Which any good cook knows ruins what's being baked! Can’t tell you enough how much I love this range. Not only does it work will, it has a luxurious look! From the edge to edge stove top, shiny chrome air fryer basket & my ultimate have electric blue interior…you can’t go wrong! Run out & reward yourself with this oven. You’ll thank me later.

Bought this beautiful stove, and it is pretty....but....you can not clean the top while it's warm - so you leave it to cool, forget it, and it's ALWAYS dirty! The glass top stains really bad with water spots and grease splatters, and scratches if you slide a skillet or pot across it. I don't like this stove at all!!!!!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AL ALL!

Can't buy parts!

I bought this in 2025, my glass top broke last week, paid 422 dollars for the top piece and was told in was back ordered but would be shipped to me after it came in on the 10th, I received a message last night, it is now on a 30 delivery schedule. I called the company and they stated that the warehouse might not get it even by September 5, as LG could update again and push the date farther out.
