LENOX 1/8-in to 1-3/4-in Copper tube cutter

Great addition

I was using another brand that Lowes carries and wasn't satisfied with the performance and durability. I purchased this Lenox cutter and haven't looked back. It's a little more in price but we'll worth the cost.

Spiral Cutter

If you go repeatedly around the pipe, you get a spiral thread like pattern where the cutting wheel scores the pipe. If you go forward 360 degrees and then back 360 decrees repeatedly to avoid the "threading", you get a 1/16" mismatch that leaves a spike hanging off both sides of the cut when the pipe finally parts. I am having the same issue on copper and thin walled stainless. Have not found any way to adjust the alignment of the cutting wheel or the rollers and waited too long messing with ...

Why wouldn’t you sell parts?

I bought this less than a year ago, the mechanism that allows the lead carriage to tighten has worn to the point of inefficacy. The whole tool doesn’t work. It has a 90 day warranty. Obviously I’m out of warranty. No replacement parts are available. That’s junk.

Not made to last

The screw fell out that holds the cutting wheel in place now it's useless .

Heavy duty cutter perfect for 1” EMT

Heavy duty cutter worked perfectly for 1” EMT conduit. I enjoyed the built in debuting tool as it saved me from having to buy an extra tool.

Piece of junk

Screw won’t come loose to switch a blade that broke on 1st use. Don’t buy this junk!!!

Not Happy At All!

I bought the LENOX model 21011TC138 and the deburer snapped in half!! I can't find a replacement any where! Why??

A decent tubing cutter that is priced reasonably and works great

Great tool, cuts very cleanly and accurately

I bought this today from the Havertown, PA Lowes. Not only does it work as advertised, it doesn't leave a flared "lip" that some other tools do. You just have to use the provided deburring attachment to clean the inside of the tube, rough up the interior/exterior with sandpaper and your ready for solder.
